Nabamita's husband is an IT professional and they spend about a decade of which they stayed abroad - 'at onsite', as they say it. As a (once) NRI mother and daughter herself, who has lived a major period of her life abroad, she understands the personal touch needed for the end beneficiaries (maybe it reminds of her parents, who knows). Through constant connection with the team on ground she keeps the team trained with the necessary values of empathy, compassion and patience required to serve our end beneficiaries. She lived the life of our customers as her own. She understands the needs and requirements of our customers just like their own.
Once back in India, Nabamita partnered with her friend, Sangita, a thorough customer service professional for years. Having worked with leading brands in customer service all her career, she is one most courteous listener who gives an attending ear to the problem of our customers and sees it through to its resolution.
Sanjeev, Sangita's husband, is a veteran entrepreneur with all necessary contacts to get work done in the city and around. He has been an entrepreneur all his life with avid knack for social and community service. He has adopted the idea of extending this service with organisational precision and professional integrity while sticking to the empathetic values. His established area of expertise is in consolidating disparate functions and developing effective organizational structure & processes so as to bring in the synergy required to deliver the best of customer experience in a business and/or community.
